It is not that hard to browse the web and and look at various courses to see if they have any last minute booking deals. Many of them offer great rates within 48 or 72 hours of play. Some offer incredible discounts through other programs. You will probably find coupon books, loyalty memberships, discount cards, VIP Cards and other golf discount deals. Some of these are free just for the taking if you can find them. Some of these cards charge a nominal fee for membership that provide discounted rates to various courses. I have tried a few of these cards and programs. I can tell you that rarely will you find a FREE coupon book or FREE program give you the rates as some of the paid membership cards. Make sure you check out the courses that are participating. I have seen a few cards that included the golf courses that are the last place you want to play on a golf vacation. Make sure the price you pay justifies the rate. I would not recommend buying some of these cards if you are only going to play those courses once or twice.

You can purchase the card for $50. You get 2 free rounds of golf and every 5th round you purchase is FREE. You get discounted rates for every round you play using the card.
