Golf Questions for Rich

Hey there.. I’m Rich I thought this would be a good way to ask me questions about golf. I don’t know if I can ask answer all of them, but I will do my best to give you a place to find your answer if I can’t answer it.

Is Golf for the Rich Only? Well Golf is the Game for this Rich.. but that is my name and unfortunately does not reflect my bank account. LOL. With proper planning and a little work, Golf can be very affordable for more than just the rich and affluent! Happy Golfing.. I look forward to your questions below.

  1. What times of the year do the myrtle beach area courses begin their scraps, punch, and overseed processes? Looking forward to green grass during the winter months.

  2. What is the best discount card for local and visitors to the grand strand? There are so many and very confusing. We are looking for more than one property to play while getting the best deal out there. Thanks for responding.

  3. Rich,
As an amateur golfer, would you be more inclined to play a course that advertises, “Come play the toughest course at the beach”…or one that boasts wide open fairways and fast rounds?

    • Good Question… I can’t for the life of me..understand why the Golf Directors here at the beach want to send a bunch of guys here on a fun golf vacation to one of the tough courses that will result in them searching for balls or losing balls all day.

I recommend to amateurs that they speak up and let the person booking your golf package know how you play. If you are a super low handicapper and the rest of your group are all good players.. then sure.. go tackle those hard courses. If you are a weekend player and just want to have fun playing, then make sure the course fits your need.

      Go have fun!
